Instructions:

1. The octagon base will support the outer hardwood ring and cloth center of the table. Mark the plywood using the outer ring as a template.

2. Use a jig saw to rough cut as much of the octagon as possible on a 4’ x 8’ piece of birch plywood.

3. Glue another piece of plywood to the octagon to complete the octagon base. Use several biscuits to give the base added strength. When the glue dries, cut out the rest of the octagon.
