Instructions:

1. Replace the outer ring onto the octagon and screw in place. Using the outer ring holes as a template, use a router and flush trim bit to smooth the edges of the drink holes on the octagon base.

2. Use a router and ¼ roundover bit to round the outer edges of the outer ring.
