Instructions:

1. Bolt the base circle onto the pedestal base lining up the marks made earlier.

2. Place the octagon base onto the base circle and screw using the predrilled holes.

3. Place the outer ring onto the octagon base and screw through the octagon into the outer ring using the predrilled holes.

4. Finally, drop the fabric-covered center circle into the outer ring.
